We embrace you all...

I'm writing this journal entry because I need to specify some things about this group:

I've created voguing because my passion for fashion has been growing and I now can see that fashion has alot more than what we can see. Fashion photography can be a wonderful art creation! Many artists can be involved just to have a frozen moment to feast our eyes: make up artists, clothing designers, hairdressers, designers, whom takes care of the scenery, lights...the photographer... And so on.

A fashion work doesn't have to be obvious. You can't label what is fashion or not. Something that can be fashionable to you, may not be to someone else, but we need to respect. Many pieces of art aren't even considered as one! So why are the artists at the Venice Bienal and so on? They had done something right, for sure!

What I'm trying to say is, is NOT an elitist group. Everyone is welcomed here. We have rules, yes, and if I or declines a deviation, that's only because it's not what this group is looking for or because it's a poorly-done-snap-shop or even if considered abusive, ofensive or has pornographic details.

This group is a tribute to the art of VOGUING. Posing is required. At least that.

I've seen so many amazing pieces of art around here. I am so so proud! You guys are amazing and I'm always overwhelmed. Always! Thank to you all, I'm constantly learning.

Another thing that I'd like to tell you is, just follow your heart and your own ideas. Don't be afraid of experimenting. Don't care if you have an amazing camera or not. Camera doesn't matter!! I mean, the best camera in the world won't be doing your work and won't be thinking for you! It's all your own work and you can do it!
